At Club Nutritious there’s no membership or initiation pledge- I work with clients as a partnership and require only your openness to change your health for the better. I work one-on-one with clients virtually through a secure telehealth platform, or in person in the NYC area (when possible). At this time I do not accept insurance, but can happily provide a superbill after our session that you may submit for reimbursement to your insurance provider.

Let’s chat! If you’re wondering how a dietitian can help you, I offer a free 15-minute phone call to get to know more about you and your nutrition goals, while you are welcome to ask me any questions to determine if we would be a good fit to work together.
You’ve made the decision to commit to your health, but you just don’t know where to begin. That’s a bit of what we’ll accomplish in our hour-long initial consult. We’ll dive into your concerns and motivations for change, review your health history, and collect a dietary assessment. From there we’ll collaborate to outline a plan that is customized specifically for you.
Creating and sustaining habits is the cornerstone of achieving any health or fitness goal. Follow through appointments are recommended to touch base, celebrate successful new habits, and troubleshoot which ones are more difficult to adopt. Between appointments I’ll be available through email to answer questions, provide support, and we can even be sharing food photos.
Food is ever-changing, and there will always be shifts in our environments that influence our eating and exercise behaviors. For these reasons, I feel clients have the most success when support is ongoing. Most of my services are available as packages, but there can always be room for customization. I’m happy to discuss a more personalized plan for your needs and budget.
